Description

The main aim of the project is to add the personality approach to multicultural education (ME) at the primary schools as an important part of global education (GE). Personality approach helps to better understand the topic of identity, stereotypes and prejudices. The main outcomes of the project will be educational plans piloting at primary schools and intensive training program for teachers focused on ME based on personality approach. Target groups of the project will be 10 primary schools in different regions of Slovakia, 20 teachers who will participate in the intensive educational program, 50 teachers who will actively integrate the principles of ME based on personality approach to the teaching and will prepare 10 educational plans for a better global education aimed at the topics of diversity. Indicators of the project will be educational plans that are sensitive to the global topics, specially to topics of identity, stereotypes and prejudices; teachers who will gain skills within the ME.
