The aim of the study visit was an internship of 5 Georgian Young start-up winners at IDC Holding, where they have learnt the management and production processes directly in the company, which has undergone a transformation from a socialist enterprise to a successful enterprise operating market mechanisms. Georgian businessmen will see how it is possible to apply new ideas and innovation in companies expand business towards international dimension.
