Project objectives include the promotion of gender equality and sustainable development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and seeking opportunities for the establishment of SMEs as a source of income and employment. Participants of the training course will receive an overview of the various types of SME support. They will also explore and discuss various aspects of planning, development and management of SMEs.
During the course, participants will also discuss the situation of women in business and on the possibilities and the principle of "gender mainstreaming". The participants also submitted a final thesis, which will include practical support for women starting business activities. Part of the training period will also be a visit of the business initiatives undertaken by women entrepreneurs in the IL.
