The project aims to strengthen expert capacities of Moldovan NGOs associated in the National Council for Participation (NPC), (advisory body for the government, which incorporates 30 NGOs established during office term of Moldovan Prime Minister V. Filatov) - active in decision-making process in Moldova, based on the Slovak experience. The project will increase professional capacities of members of four working NPC groups (Justice and Human Rights, Economic Development, Foreign and Security Policy, Social Welfare, Education and Youth). Project follows up the current transformation assistance in support of the NGO sector and civil society development in Moldova and takes into account a number of problematic issues of the NPC action. Action aims to enhance transparency in government activities through Transparency Networking Event that opens the phase of cooperation and defining a common agenda. Project will result in the final phase summary Set of recommendations, and advocacy campaigns that move from Chisinau to Moldovan countryside.
