Building professional and implementation capacities of the national system of development cooperation is one of the important fields targeted by the recommendations of the OECD/DAC evaluation report. Therefore the project aims at promoting the operation capacities of the umbrella organisation of non-governmental development organisations with the objective to coordinate the professional cooperation of all relevant stakeholders in the process of building an efficient system of Slovak ODA in accordance with the objectives set by the National ODA Programme of the Slovak Republic.
