The aim of the project is to facilitate the building of an open society in Ukraine by developing civic participation and free exchange of information between students of Uzhhorod school network and civic support of student activism. Within the project the following results will be achieved: Result 1: student parliament media centre will be set up, special equipment for the centre will be purchased, training seminar will be organized for 15 youth leaders on how to use the equipment, editorial board will be formed. Result 2: one seminar and one workshop will be organized for 15 volunteers on citizen journalism and new media usage, media database will be created for message dissemination, 10 articles will be prepared for publishing in media, and 5 videos for media will be prepared.
