To support the democratization process in Belarus through sharing of Slovak transformation experiences in the field of the building of civil society. Project objectives: 1.Increasing the mobility of representatives of Belarusian civil society (especially young people from regions) in order to gain knowledge about the functioning of civil society in Slovakia and the support of international cooperation of Slovak and Belarusian organizations. 2.Building of capacities of local NGOs in different regions of Belarus through sharing of experiences and practices in fields such as community development, protection of culture, informal education, building public relations, increasing participation of citizens or increasing of computer security and work with the information.
