Main goal of the project is development capacity building of the volunteer for next development projects. Sending and receiving organization build their capacities as well through the experience of the volunteer, which is shared in various reports, projects and every-day communication. Volunteer will be involved in work and development projects preparations of ADRA Philippines office, he/she will look for new grant opportunities or will reach out to international donors. He/she will be engaged in survey of current needs of local population and will build expert capacities of sending organization through co-operation with other organizations in the field.
