Centre of St. Anna is a multi-functional centre, where a school, school dormitories, health care centre and a library are being run. There are active services for the poor, the elderly and many HIV positive children and adults in the centre as well. The project is aimed at the support of local capacity building because of the lack of experts and social workers in the region. Volunteer will also strenghten the capacities of the local office in Kenya in marketing and fundraising, in maintaining the Centre's website, he/she will strengthen functioning of sponsor programmes and thus will contribute to financial sustainability of the Centre.
