Description

Overall project objective is to strengthen sustainability of social enterprise of the project partner, who provides education, work opportunities and support the integration of young people on the job market. The overall objective will be reached by fulfilling three following specific objectives: (1) support the local partner in order to improve financial stability and long-term sustainability of his social activities; (2) improvements in employing the marginalized group of young people by vocational training and enabling working practice in the social enterprise of the partner; (3) placement of the marginalized group of young people on job market by the vocational training, improving their working habits and supporting their self-support in the beginning of their independent life. Project activities will aim at achieving following results: (1a) expansion of business opportunities of the social enterprise of partner; (1b) increasing the number of stable employment opportunities in the social enterprise of partner for marginalized young people; (1c) increasing the revenues from the social enterprise, used to finance the social activities of TAPA Center; (2a) improved position of the vocational training graduates in job market; (2b) increased number of marginalized young people who succeeded on the job market and found a stable job; (3a) increased responsibility of young people for themselves in their independent life.
