Description
The aim of the project is to create a feasibility study for the FLUENTY project in Georgia. This is a project aimed at putting into practice a new road safety element and eliminating the consequences of disasters - a mobile emergency shelter in Georgia. The main project activity is therefore analytical activities, collection of data, information, and expert opinions to create the feasibility study. Subactivities: 1 / testing of newly developed technology during: a) traffic accidents b) disasters with a special focus on fuel consumption and gender equality, 2 / applicant's trip to Georgia, 3 / presentation / round table in front of potential project partners at East European University (EEU), 4 / Initiation of cooperation with the project partner responsible for the preparation of the feasibility study and subsequent business plan (not the subject of the submitted project) for the Georgian side, and with the representatives of the Georgian national authorities responsible for road infrastructure and emergency management. The target groups of the project are the above-mentioned local authorities and academics, at least one of whom will be represented in the project by a woman. The project venue is Georgia, while its activities are coordinated from Slovakia by an applicant who is interested in establishing a business partnership and doing business in the country. The project activities will take place in the capital Tbilisi, where the project partner and the Georgian national authorities are based. Mobile emergency cover tests will also be carried out outside the capital on various types of roads and in at least two emergencies. Measurable project indicators are: - 1 feasibility study - 1 energy audit of the FLUENTY project in Georgia, - 2 tests - 1 presentation / round table - 3 individual meetings with potential project partners.
