The volunteer will support People in Need Kenya efforts in improving food security and establishing sustainable and ecological agriculture. Projects are focusing on women's groups in support of gender equality. The expert will mainly focus on supporting establishment of cooperatives of chicken farmers, support in capacity building of the local organization in the area of HR managment, development of marketing materials, searching for new funding opportunities for the project and others.
