The general objective of the project is thus to increase the qualified awereness and participation in the regions of Moldova at a public, all-society debate about the basic questions of relation between Moldova and European Union and European future of Moldova and thus promote a dialogue between the target groups, offer them relevant and qualified information and thus create a mechanism and platform for a regular open debate. The results of the project is three- fold; on the one hand it will achieve active participation of regional representatives during all the project phases including identification of the themes and topics that are actually relevant from the point of view of the regions in relation to the EU and Moldova. The project anticipates also active participation and involvement of Moldova experts and wider public at all the public debates in the regions and other outputs of the project. From the point of view of SlovakAid, the transfer of Slovak know-how and experience via a study trip of Moldova representatives in Slovakia is also of key importance. Furthermore, Slovak experts will provide their expert opinions and analyses at all the public debates in Moldova. And thirdly it will increase the knowledge of the Moldova society about the European integration process and create a long-term, reliable, interactive and permanent information source for all segments of the Moldova society about the EU. The target groups are: the government, parliament, public-opinion- and policy-makers in Moldova, media, professional and interest institutions, entrepreneurs and businessmen, non-governmental organizations, political parties, universities, municipalities and/or the general public.
